I am 24. I am unable to pull back the foreskin on my penis properly. Will this cause any problem while having intercourse after my marriage? What should I do?

Understand few things. The head of the penis (glans penis) is the part of the penis that is most sensitive to sexual stimulation and has the most nerve endings (neuro- receptors). A man enjoys sexual stimulation better, if his glans penis is uncovered by the foreskin during the sexual act. Ideally the foreskin needs to get retracted on an erect penis, enough to expose the whole glans-penis. This may either happen on its own on full erection or one may have to manually do it before penetration. Both ways are normal and fine. If the retraction of the foreskin is either not possible or painful, then it is a medical condition known as “phimosis”. This condition requires a minor surgery known as “circumcision”. However, this should be decided only after a proper physical examination by a qualified medical practitioner. Also remember, there is always the concern of a person developing a painful surgical condition – ‘paraphimosis’, if the foreskin is not getting retracted smoothly and completely. I recommend you to get yourself examined by a surgeon.
