Why do I feel like urinating after masturbating. Sometimes when I masturbate before going to sleep, I wake up in the middle of the night to take a leak. Is there something wrong with me?

There is nothing wrong with you. The path for both semen and the urine at the end is the urethra. The body’s mechanism prevents semen leakage while urination and vice versa. When you have finished masturbating, the body’s sphincters are free to help you relieve yourself by urination.
