Of course you can. You run the risk of contracting syphilis, gonorrhea, and other sexually transmitted diseases if you are performing a blowout on your partner and he has open wounds on his skin or a penile infection. It would be wiser to request that he use a non-lubricated condom prior to having oral sex. Even if your spouse is getting a blow job, you could still contract an STD from her if she has an oral illness. This increases the risk of contracting other STDs. HIV can still transmit through this method even if the likelihood is lower than it is with vaginal or anal intercourse. It is safer to use condoms or dental dams as protection when performing blow jobs or cunnilingus.
