I prefer passionate sex without a lot of foreplay but he prefers foreplay where I am gangbanged by his friends

I have been married for two years. My husband is 33 years old. He consumes marijuana frequently. He feels that he needs to be high to perform sexually. I do not like it. Also I prefer passionate sex without a lot of foreplay but he prefers foreplay where I am gangbanged by his friends. I am not at all comfortable with this. I avoid sex most of the time. He’s been smoking marijuana for more than 10 years now. Also recently he has been diagnosed of having a varicose vein on his left testicle. Is his marijuana consumption going to affect our sex life? If he does not opt for the varicose surgery, is it going to affect his fertility and semen count?

Some of the choices of you and your husband are rather unhealthy and can severely affect your married life. Marijuana consumption is addictive and known for adversely affecting sexual health and also the health in general. Varicose veins often (but not always) affect sperm count and fertility in a man. However, it is a treatable condition. Surgery is one of the options in some (not all) cases of varicose veins, however it can be best decided only after thoroughly studying your case.
