So this is on behalf of a friend: “My boss(M) is having an affair with my coworker(F) and that is impacting my work. I’m in the initial phase of my career and there is no opportunity to learn at my job. Nobody knows what they’re doing and there is technically no one of my field to guide me at workplace. My coworker knows no shit about what she does, always messes up the work and I always do everything. I have more knowledge than her but she gets all the credit because she’s my boss’ girlfriend. I’m so frustrated. It’s like whatever I do is never enough and my boss always tries to push her in-front of everyone. I can’t quit the job as I’m tied in a bond. What should I do???”
