I (35, M) am married to my wife (38, F) for the past 4 years. Both of us are working professionals. To spice things up and earn some extra money, we have decided to record our sex and upload on internet. We want to do it in such a way that it ensures our privacy. We have decided to wear fancy masks covering our eyes, not full face mask as we will not be able to kiss. Will this be enough to ensure our privacy? What are the legal requirements for uploading self made porn in India?

The laws for self made and uploaded porn are vague. If you are caught, chances are you will have to bribe the police.
You will definitely spice things up but not sure about earning money. People tend to pay money for porn if they can see the full face and get personalisation.
People will be able to identify the couple even with masks on if they are close due to other features and room background.

never ever do this for purpose of money..there are lots of ways to make money
and both you are doing job…why you risk your life !!
