I am 60 years old and don’t suffer from diabetes, BP or sexual problems. I take very long to ejaculate and sometimes, don’t at all. This causes pain to my wife, who is 56 and diabetic. What can I do to ensure that I ejaculate in five minutes? Moreover, ejaculation triggers a migraine, which spoils the fun of sex. We have sex only once a week and want it to be a pleasant affair. Please help.

It does not matter if you do not ejaculate. You need to ensure better lubrication for your wife. Then, her pain will not occur. See a specialist for the migraine.
