I have been married for eight years, but for the past three years I have not been able to make love to my wife. The problem is with my penis. Firstly, it has changed shape. Secondly, my foreskin doesn’t get pulled back, which makes it hard for me to urinate. It also has several cuts on the edges of the skin near the head of the penis. This causes a burning sensation. Please help.

It is imperative that you directly contact a certified sexologist or urologist to receive expert assistance for your issues. It is quite likely that you are either unaware of your newly diagnosed diabetes or that your previously diagnosed diabetes has become “uncontrolled.” After five years of enjoying a regular sexual life, it appears that you have contracted ‘phimosis’. This may be related to uncontrolled diabetes, but further investigation and diagnosis are necessary. Your penis may change form as a result of Peyronie’s disease or secondary phimosis. To get these issues resolved, you really ought to see a licensed sexologist or urologist, in my opinion.
