I am 24 year old and I am facing problem in satisfying my girlfriend. Actually I masturbate at least once in a day. And mainly I masturbate while going to sleep as this helps me having a better sleep and also I feel better after it. I started masturbating at the age of 13-14.
Now my main problem is I am not able to fuck my girlfriend. When I try to put my penis in her and try to stroke I ejaculate. I’m ejaculating in a mere 4-5 strokes and my girlfriend is remaining unsatisfied. Besides this I ooze pre-cum whenever I touch my girlfriends breasts, touch her anywhere on her body, read erotica or watch any erotic picture etc……. this is making me feel embarassed as the pre-cum is evident on my jeans. It is clearly not my semen as it is transperant water like liquid.

First of all it has nothing to do with your masturbute habit for early come, remove this thought from your mind. Your problem of early discharge is know as premature ejaculation which is most common problem experienced by men. There are certain techniques, which can help you to stay longer. Kegel excercise is one of the popular and effective technique. Or even masturbating or doing intercourse you can practice stop and start i.e rub for few thrust then stop for a minute and start rubbing again. Just relax on this. It should go away with some time. You may try group of medicines with Doctor’s consultation. But i think this problem you faces because of your fear which have made house in your mind. You are perfectly normal with early discharge. In the starting of sex life men are always face this problem.
