I am having problems with my foreskin. When I am in the shower, I am able to pull it back and clean the glans, but during an erection it doesn’t pull back easily. Also, the tip becomes very sensitive (especially if it is too dry) to touch for me, or even my partner. I usually masturbate with the foreskin. During penetration, when it gets pulled back, I do not feel any pain. What is the problem? Am I going to have kids?

You definitely do not have a ‘phimosis’ – a foreskin problem that requires ‘circumcision’ surgery. If you are able to pull back your foreskin to expose your glans penis, and if you are also not experiencing any pain during intercourse, then relax! It is normal and seen commonly in many normal men. Use a lot of lubrication during the intercourse. This will help you further to have easier penetration and pleasurable intercourse. You will have no problem in having kids. Get your semen examination done to know about your fertility, though it has no relation with your foreskin. If you masturbate with the foreskin, it is quite common and perfectly alright!
