How to ask an unknown woman to allow me to play with her hair ?

I am a regular reader of AA. This is the first time I am asking a question. Millions of Indian women are blessed with long, silky, black hair. Unfortunately my wife is not. Ours is an arranged marriage. Long haired girl was not in my wish list when I got married. I was okay with that.
While surfing YouTube channel, I saw a man playing with Indian woman’s long silky black hair. I slowly gained the habit of watching hair play videos. Even after making lots of efforts, my wife’s hairs are not growing much.
When I realised this, I started looking at long haired women on roads, trains, bus-stops and markets. They are everywhere. I desparately want to play with long hair.
I know, as a stranger, no girl or woman will allow me to touch and play with their hair. I don’t want to annoy anybody. Can anyone help me to know how I can approach a woman to allow me to play with her hair?
With due respect, how should I ask about hair play. Any suggestions ?
One more thing, those people whose spouse is having long black silky hair, do they play with her hair ? Or it doesn’t matter for them….

My wife has long hair but I merely give attention to it as it is not my cup of tea sine l like ass a lot so I always play with her ass. I doubt that any woman would allow you to play with her. Moreover, it would be count as a cheating. You can watch those videos but you should not put efforts to make it a reality. Be loyal to your wife and find other things in her which you like to play with it. You are normal with hair fetish but that does not mean that you have a right to get another woman who has long hair to play with.

You will be playing with hair sounds strange hope You have to start a model club promoting women with good long hairs ,or learn hair dressing for women .
I dont think any girl will share her hair to play with an unknown man its completely impossible.
Girls love their hair too much and they give it to their best friends , lovers, women relatives or hairdressers only .
So just get out of this passion thats it anyway I appreciate the way you love long hair girls.
