How to avoid the urge to exhibit myself in public?

Hello,
I am 25 years old male. I am facing a stange issue these days. I have the urge to exhibit myself in public. and the urge to put myself in the situations where I am naked.
For instance, I have the urge to go to the terrace and return back to my flat naked or walk around the house naked by leaving windows open. At night, I want to go to the terrace, undress myself, be naked on the terrace.
Things like that turn me on. I am not sure why I am having these urges. I try to control them most of the time, but when I do such stupid things, it makes me feel guily of my actions. I am not sure what i can do better about this.
Have any suggestions? Does anyone of you have similar urges? Am I being completely wierd?
Please help me out.

Hi Guys,
May be it’s quite awakened that a girl replying on many questions but trust me, I am replying bcz I have gone through and seen multiple things since childhood.
Prem, yes u r not the one who is getting that kind of feelings, may u r also getting feelings to masterbate in open space or on terrace, exhibit to females etc..
It happens and does by many guys.
But still I suggest, whatever u want, do in inside the wall. Bcz there are multiple legal act which can makea trouble for u, even if anyone complaint that u r walking naked on terrace.
