How to control my sex feelings? My wife is terminally ill.

Hi,
I am 29 years old and have been married for 2 years. Its was a love marriage and I love my wife more than anything in the world. A year back she got affected with a terminal disease due to which she is under medication. Initially its was fine but post 2-3 months after starting medication, she started disliking sex and sometimes she forces herself into sex with me for my happiness.
I understood her struggle while making love and told her that it is not that important to me more than her. I do not want to her feel that she took away something from me by marrying me. So I started behaving like, even I was not interested in sex. But I am not able to control my feelings when ever I see some good looking girls or video’s.
Please suggest me as to how can I come out that feelings. Thanks!

How can you say this when you really love her( I love my wife more than anything in the world), you said this and you are saying when you see any good looking girls or any video’s you are getting feeling and you cant stop your feelings, When the person whom you love that much is sick then how can you get another thoughts like this, I cant understand, If am in your position pray the god to get her well soon, I will be at her and take care of her, In that situation no one can stay away from there loved ones(as you said about how much you love her).
Better don’t get any such thoughts, You can ask me as a human being how can i control all these feeling, For that go and masturbate as you like but excess masturbation is dangers think that too, Just feel the pleasure of not having the sex urge and feel your love about her you wont get a single thought for sex OK.
