I have a dick which is around 8.6 inches. Please do not think I am boasting. I have an embarrassing problem. I am not able to hide my dick in my pants. Many people think I have an erection. This becomes a problem when there are women around.
I am so frustrated that sometimes I want to cut off my cock.
Please give serious solutions and do not make fun of me.

You need not feel embarrassed for your big cock rather should feel proud for having an unique one in the universe. peoples’ perception about you shall not solve your purpose if you are feeling annoyed because of your huge rod.
Why do you bother about the view of somebody else when you know you have not lenghtened your stick delibrately. I have a small dick and feel proud of whatever I am having. You were not resonsible, you are not responsible and you will not be responsible for having an amazing pennis unless untill you drill a hole forcibly.
That you will never do. So relaxe all the way and take care of the precious asset you are having.

The average penis size range is 5-7 inches and what you have told us, your penis size is on the larger side. You have not said whether this is in the flaccid state. It wont make a difference though as a large flaccid penis would not proportionately expand.
You have to concentrate on the type of underwear you are using. Boxer briefs, like Jockey pouch underwear can help. Loose fitting pants may also help.
I don’t know how seeing a doctor will help, but you can definitely explain your problem to your tailor. He will be able to suggest flat front pants which will allow more room for your crotch.
Generally women do not go looking around at a man’s crotch and it is the men who will notice your bulge. I understand it can be embarrassing when you are attending a family function or an office meet.
You can wear shirts or jackets that cover you below the belt when you are sitting or standing.
Finally, be confident. Why should you be embarrassed? Many Men would envy the position you are in and try to show off.
