How to stop my my cousin sister’s extra marital affair with my brother?

I am Sameer, ages 33 years and married. I do not have any kids. My cousin sister is also married and has one kid. She is having an affair with my cousin and is also married having 2 kids.
They were having an affair before their marriage. My cousin has told me this many times.
How can I stop this?

It is not understood why you are interfering in your married cousin sister’s marital life. There seems to me more to it than you are telling us. Have you been fantasizing about her? This should not be a matter that you should lose sleep about.
You have said that your cousin brother has mentioned this affair to you. Is he looking to you for a solution? Does he want to stop this affair and wants your intervention? Since they are having this affair even before marriage, I don’t see it ending any time soon.
Are you worried that their children will be affected by this affair? Here again it is no concern of yours and they are both adult enough to understand what is good or bad for their families.
Stop interfering.

Why you want to stop it? You have no right to dabble in their personal matter and since they are adult enough to know what is right and wrong, you should stay away from their affair. Maintain your family relationship and behave that you do not concern with their affair. Focus on your life and stop looking into other’s life. You should not judge other people around you and they would not stop having sex just because you want them to stop it.
