How to teach my teenage Son about Sex education?

married housewife. I am 36 years old from Preet Vihar in Delhi. I have a son who is 15 years old. He regulary asks me about the female body, like what is duddu.. etc etc.
Once after much thought, I showed him my naked boobs and from where the duddu came. I told him how when he was an infant he sucked them. I want to teach him about sex education.
How to teach him so that his curiosity ends and he continues to study well. He is getting attracted to the female body, and keeps asking me questions every day. Once he said “Mamma, I love your feet, toes. I want to kiss them and suck them. He shares everything with me.
I want to teach him. How to proceed?

Your thoughts are noble. It is the duty of parents to impart sex education to their children. Just as we impart sex education to our Users through this Site, it is also the responsibility of parents to guide their children in matter s of Sex.
Generally it is thought that Mothers should guide their daughters and Fathers should guide their sons, but unfortunately often fathers are not there at home or are reluctant to speak to their sons about changes taking place during adolescence and puberty. I am sure you too must have spoken to your husband about the need, but have not got a positive response and so you are left to bell the cat.
Children are curious for sexual knowledge and if this is not given to them then they will get it from their friends, which may be incorrect.
Now, about your question. It is a bit surprising that you showed him your boobs to explain about milk production. What was his reaction? Did he want to suck your nipples? If it has still not happened, he will want to see your nipples and suck on them. Honestly, you seem to be encouraging him. He will want to kiss you feet and if you allow him then he will want more.
I am not here to preach morality. You have to decide how you will go about your responsibility.
