I am a 32-year-old man and have been diagnosed with schizophrenia. I have also recently been diagnosed with diabetes and have been prescribed Clozapine medication. I am divorced and have not engaged in sex with a partner for a year now. I do masturbate when I feel aroused and I watch porn, but the ejaculation is very limited. I am very concerned about this. If I should happen to be able to find a sexual partner, it would be embarrassing for me. Moreover, I am very worried about the development itself. Could any medication be the cause of this problem? Is this due to the Clozapine medicine, for instance. I look forward to receiving your guidance.

A joint discussion with your psychiatrist and a sexpert may help you overcome anxiety. It will be wrong on my part to advise. Masturbation will not harm you in any way. Do visit a skin specialist too.
