My aunt is is a very pretty woman. She is 40 years old and a mother of two kids. I really want her badly even for one night. Everytime, I think about her, my dick gets hard. She stays far away from me but she like me as her nephew.

What makes you think that she wants sex and her sex life is not fine? Since you have no bond with her and had no incident that makes us believe that she is interested in you sexually, I would say stay away from her. She might have an unsatisfied sexual life and boring life but that does not mean that she is ready to have sex with anyone.
However, you can masturbate thinking about her as it does not harm anyone and you can enjoy the feelings of having her. However, the matter would be different if she has sent you any indication that she is into you but so far it is not the case it would be better for you to stay away from her.
