.I am 42 and my wife is around 39 years old. For a very long time, I feel she has become uninterested in sex, though she responds when I initiate it. I have tried talking to her about it, but I feel she is genuinely not interested in sex anymore. She never says no to it, but I feel it is like a one-sided act with her. How can I make her more interested in sex?

There could be two reasons for same. One could be an underlying medical condition like hypothyroidism or a hormonal imbalance, which has reduced her basic desire. Two, try and ensure that the emotional compatibility between both of you is at a good level. Many times, lack of emotional intimacy can be a huge turn off. Also, make her comfortable and discuss with her what excites her, what are her fantasies, what are her erogenous spots on the body where feels sexually aroused when touched, what kind of foreplay she enjoys.
