This is Raj. My masi (mother’s real sister) stays in Pune. She stays alone with her son who studies in 12th. Her husband stays in another city for work. She is 37-38 years young but looks like she is 28.

Just because your Masi is having an extramarital affair, does not mean that she will jump into bed with you. As you have said, she knows this Guy for a long time and so would have built a bond with him. Women need an emotional attachment, (generally) before they decide to part their legs for a man.
What proof do you have that they are having sex? Just a photo and talk about a meeting, mean nothing. Don’t even think about blackmail. No one will believe you (not even her husband) and you will lose any chance of seduction.
