I had an emotional breakdown recently, and have been feeling low since. Masturbating helps me feel better. I know one should only masturbate when he/she is sexually excited. Is my habit likely to damage my health?

    Certainly help yourself and masturbate occasionally %u2014 additionally, a fantasy may help relieve your tension. Speak to a knowledgeable confidant, someone who can help you overcome your depression, or you may visit a counsellor. Keep yourself occupied with hobbies and by meeting friends. Yoga and mediation will help

    try to avoid all these emotional things

    they will destroy you inside

    do yoga

    sit in a closed room & laugh loudly yourself
