I am 62 and I have not been in sexual contact with my partner for more than 10 years. Instead of relieving myself, I indulge in masturbation almost daily. Earlier I used to masturbate with my knees bent, now that position is not possible now, so I do it in the squat position. Can you please explain why my semen is off white in colour?

It is perfectly alright for you to masturbate in the given situation. Frequency of your masturbation is a matter of your personal choice, and in no way doing any harm to you. You can masturbate in any position that you feel comfortable with. You are 62. With age semen quantity does become less. Off-white is a normal colour for semen. However, it will be worthwhile for you to get your semen examination done at a good pathology laboratory to rule out any possible abnormality. I also recommend you to get your Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) tested and sonography examination done.
