I am a 37-year-old and my sister-in-law is 38. Six years ago, she gave birth to a baby girl, and didn’t want to have any more children, so she got herself sterilised. Now, when she approaches her husband for sexual intercourse, he is hesitant to have sex with her. I find her very attractive and she has an enviable figure. Is it alright for me to approach my sister-in-law and tell her that she can have sexual intercourse with me?

It is certainly not alright. Stop trying to poke your nose in their problem and justify your actions as an excuse for your desires.
