I am a 43-year-old man and have two children. For the last 14 years of married life, I have enjoyed sex every single day. However, last week, all of a sudden, I noticed that my penis seems to have shrunken.It is much smaller now than what it used to be before. I also hardly ever get an erection these days. I don’t even get an erection in the mornings. I am shocked by this new development and cannot understand what may have caused it. I am an alcoholic and a smoker. Please advise.
