I am a 25-year-old woman. I do not get an orgasm while having sex. My husband strokes my nipples and vagina, to satisfy me. We have sex three to four times a week and I have to fake an orgasm. My husband has quit masturbation with a lot of difficulty. Please suggest some positions so I can enjoy sex with him. I am afraid he will go back to masturbation. Also I have an honest relationship with him, so I no longer want to fake it.
