If his physical health is in good condition and he have no existing medical comorbidities, definitely go ahead. Masturbation using his imagination would be better than always resorting to pornography. Openly discuss with his partner about her sexual needs (less or more) and also communicate your needs to her. Try and come to a middle ground where both are comfortable. If he have medical conditions, meet a doctor first.
