My wife and I have been married for nine years, but of late, I find that I do not have the energy to satisfy her sexually. Whenever I get home from work, I am too tired to have sex, and this enrages her. Even when I promise myself that today we will have sex, I find that I cannot perform. I don’t know what the problem is. Is there anything you can suggest -any medicine or other remedy? My wife believes we should make time for sex, like for everything else – she wants me to promise to do it thrice a week, but I don’t think that will be possible. Please help.

Have a medical check. Are you ok with the idea of having a sexual experience early in the morning? You can reach your goal of thrice a day. Take a general tonic like Supradyn, once daily

See it’s not necessary that u satisfy her but atleast u can help with her satisfaction and like threesome or finding a bull for her .. it’s a good option
