Neighbour wife approached me to have sexual intercourse with her as she isn’t satisfied with her husband

I am 23 years old and I have been single for the past three years. I have a new neighbour next door, a husband and wife. The wife is 28 years old and recently she approached me to have sexual intercourse with her as she isn’t satisfied with her husband. But she insists I not wear a condom as she wants to feel the utmost pleasure. But I’m worried that I might get infected with HIV. What are the chances of getting infected if I have sexual intercourse with her?

For your information, there is always a risk in engaging in sexual intercourse with a married woman. Till September 27, 2018, it used to be taken as ‘criminal offence’, to have sexual intercourse with the wife of another man, even with her consent, as per the Section 497 of Indian Penal Code (IPC). Even though this law (Section 497 IPC) is now struck down, ‘adultery’ is still regarded as highly immoral and largely unacceptable in our society. It carries a large potential of destroying the marital relationship of a couple. Remember, there is ‘always’ a possibility of transmission of HIV and/or other STDs in ‘all casual sex encounters’, when you don’t use condom. Even with condom, there are times HIV gets transmitted during sex, as condom covers only your penis.
