I feel pain when my penis skin is pulled forward and backward while urinating. I have also developed small cuts, is it normal?

Small cuts are most likely due to trauma (rough sex, multiple masturbation sessions in less duration) or past infection. It is essential to have the examination of the same done by a dermatologist. Depending on the size, depth of cut and other medical comorbidities, treatment will be provided. Also, do a urine exam to see if there is UTI. It will generally be accompanied with urgency of urination. Or pain during urination. Balanitis which can cause pain and caused by unhygienic care of skin under foreskin needs to be evaluated.
