I have been masturbating since I was 17. Now I’m 32 year old. I watch porn while masturbating. I have a problem with getting an erection. I took a doctor consultation recently. He suggested I take Himalaya tentex forte tablet and Himalaya Himcolin gel but there has been no improvement. I’m a virgin. I’m worried about my sex life because I’m planning to get married by the end of this year. I’m a little worried, please help me. And how can I improve my erection?

Physiologically speaking, masturbation is certainly not the cause of your problem. Dependency on watching porn during masturbation is known for affecting real-life sexual relationships in many people of your age.
