I am 31 and I am unmarried. Recently I had sex with a sex worker though I used a condom. I kissed her on the mouth, body and the vagina. Am I at risk of any diseases?

There are many diseases that can get transmitted through oral sex and/ or intimate genital contact. Syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes can potentially get transmitted through oral sex. If she had any kind of unusual discharge, of unusual color and/or smell, presence of sores, or wounds, then yes. Please get yourself tested. Be mindful that some STDs have an incubation period so you may need to follow up with another test in three months just to be certain.
