Should my cousin be worried about his sister-in-law’s future?

I have a close male cousin who is 31 years old. He got married around 12 months back. His wife is pregnent now. His wife’s family comprise of her elder sister (unmarried), mom and dad. They live in a 3 BHK on the same floor.
Since his wife has been hospitalized due to pregnancy, her monther has shifted to the hospital to take care. His Father-in-law is in London for two months. His wife’s married sister also lives in the same city.
One day after coming from hospital he ended up having sexual encounter with his elder sister-in-law and married cousin as no one was present at home. It just happened as all three of them were in heat, though he had no such intensions. He is worried now as it is happening everyday and all three remain cloth less.
He is worried about the future of his sister-in-law and her cousin as they want the sex to continue. He is assured by them that his wife will never know about it.
What should he do?

These kind of relations are tough to hide but not impossible. My mother had relations with her brother in law that too real brother of my dad. Its been nearly 10 year and they are still continuing. The reason is my mom’s urge for sex and my father is having problems due to his blood sugar. My uncle is still young so they are doing this since a long time. They are clever and do not do it on daily basis. They are sucessful does not mean that he can easily go through. I was also not aware of it But my sister saw them once and got to know. Anyways you tell your cousin to be safe and always use protection. happy sex
