About 2 years ago when I (m) was 26 I slept with an 18 year old. When my older sister found out she was mad and scolded me. I ended the thing, told her I was gross for doing it and won’t ever do it again. Everything seemed fine and since then I got into a serious relationship with a woman my own age and we’re engaged now. I didnt speak with my sister all summer as I was traveling abroad but when I got back she said that she’s ‘willing to start a clean slate but if I ever sleep with an 18 year old again I’m dead to her as a brother.’
I was shocked she had so much more to say on it after almost 2 years have gone by. She talked to me like I had the girl over yesterday. Am I wrong to get mad about this? I just don’t think it’s fair to bring it up again especially if she’s been acting fine all this time.
She’s done this with other issues, like bring them up months later but this one just really ticked me and when I confronted her about it she tells me she’s ‘trying to be okay with it but can’t and has to say something.’
