I am 32 years old and the length of my penis is shorter than most. Even when I am sexually excited, the length does not increase. I also suffer from early discharge when I am masturbating. Can these problems lead to issues in my sex life in the future? Should I get myself checked for other ailments that could be the cause of my condition? Can one increase the size of one’s manhood through surgery or medication? I am very desperate and am willing to go through with any procedure that can help me.

I would suggest that you visit a sexpert and identify what you need to do to improve your foreplay skills. Your present size should be quite adequate to satisfy your partner and yourself. It would be better if you accept the size of your penis and increasing the penis size is not recommended.
