I had protected sex with a girl, but post ejaculation, I noticed that the condom was torn. A few days later, pimple like boils appeared on my penis. I experienced severe pain in my abdomen (on the right side) and in my penis while passing urine. The doctor advised an ointment and some tablets for the same. My HIV report is negative. The pimples left black spots on my penis and have reappeared. I clean my penis with dettol and water every day. Please help me.
