I am 29 and I love watching porn. I have gotten into the habit of masturbating only while watching porn. It makes my penis feel more erect. How will this impact my sex life.

Masturbating ‘just’ with porn is the issue, not masturbating with porn. Few people are aware that porn may literally rewire your brain, which means that, just like other addictive substances, porn can cause you to develop an unhealthy dependence. If your brain and penis are trained to become erect only with intense sexual stimulation (the highly visual, erotic, sexually explicit images of porn), there’s a possibility that this will cause problems if you try to get erect with a real partner and they don’t match the intensity your brain is used to having. Consuming porn should not become a compulsive behavior; instead, it should be done occasionally.
