Hi,

I want to know if a boy and girl were in a relationship since last 3 years but there is no physical relationship and only love. The boy’s family does not like the girl and due to this the boy ends all relationship with that girl.

Now if the girl commits sucide, what can happen to that boy. Will he be held responsible for the suicide? Since there was no physical relationship, can he still be framed under the laws?

If I am not wrong then you are talking about your ex-girlfriend with whom you broke up recently after conservative relationship of 4 years. I have  read your previous question where you had  mentioned in your comment that your girlfriend had tried to commit suicide once. You are married now and you cannot handle your wife and your girlfriend at the same time, as we cannot ride two horses simultaneously. If you are still having contact with her then break all form of contacts with her in one shot.

If you have a fear  that she might  take wrong step, then you should discuss your feelings  with her family members or friends whom she listens. You should not try to explain her as it will further more disturb her  suffering for her. Do not pay attentions to her deeds if she tries to terrify you. Do not give attention to her that you are worried for her otherwise she would seek more attention.

It might be possible that you did wrong to her but now you are married so you should only focus on your marriage. She might become emotionally  dependent on you. Let the time passes  and let the time take care of her. I wish she will overcome her dependency soon and move forward  in her life. Last words never play with ANY  woman’s emotions ever. I do not know the legal complications or it is not correct forum to discuss better to consult Lawyer.
