You deserve a standing ovation, at 27 years of age still a virgin, you sure have tremendous self control.
What is so special on this married lady that you are ready to loose your self control? A lot of women are married, have nice tits and talk nice on phone. Just because she gave you a peep show and ready to have sex in your shop, do you think that is worthy of loosing your year long control?

If she is asserting on having sex at the shop, she either likes adventurous sex or she might be a play adapted by your owner to actually see if you’re good at your work or not. Or she must be eyeing some kind of benefit from you by way of having sex with you in the shop and then blackmailing you by holding you at vantage point.
You say she is married, so why do you want to entertain that woman? If you’re so desperate which you’re for your age, find a girl and get married rather than screwing others wives and having an issue finding a shelter to carry it out. If you get a girl for yourself you can right royally fuck her with no issues. The rest is up to you.
As for the place, there are many hotels/lodges you can hire on an hourly basis to get it over with and tell her strongly that you cannot entertain her in your shop
