Why do I have big areola on my breasts? I have a chubby figure, but my areola are in oval shape on my breasts. I want them to become small around the nipples only.

Please guide me how to reduce them. Also do tell me if there is any science behind areola size and the weight of the body? Are they  bigger if the weight of the body is more? or is it something else?

Anjali, Salma please reply.

You cannot make yyour areolas smaller unless you have cosmetic surgery, and that may ruin your ability to breast feed any future child (or partner, some adults get a sexual thrill from suckling, as do some women when being suckled).

The size of your areolas has no relation to your body weight, which is determined by your consumption of food and drink. Put simply, if you consume more calories than your body requires for your daily activities, you gain weight. If you consume less calories than your body needs for your daily activities, you lose weight. Most of us girls are never content with something about our body shape, looks, skin, hair…..

Try to accept that some things you can’t do anything about. Most men like big areolas and juicy big nipples anyway, so don’t be sad about this, and stop worrying about something determined by genetics while you developed in your mum’s womb

. If you aren’t happy to be chubby, this can be resolved by exercise and a healthy eating regime. Cut down on fatty foods, sugar, fried food, and sweeties. Eat your meals from a smaller plate, and 15 minutes before eating, drink a big glass of water, as it will help to make you feel full  before you eat too much. Try to get as much exercise as you can, and don’t try to diet too quickly, as the crash diets don’t work in the long run. Gentle, slow and steady change in your eating habits will lead to a body you will be proud of, and, more importantly, you’ll be preventing many health problems, such as diabetes, heart conditions, high blood pressure, angina, asthma…..

Big juicy nipples are very sexy!!! So enjoy the pleasures of having them sucked!!!

its’s common for individuals to have varying sizes and shapes of areolas, regardless of their body weight or type. Areola size can be influenced by genetics, hormonal factors, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and other factors. While there isn’t a direct correlation between body weight and areola size, changes in body weight or hormonal fluctuations may affect the appearance of the breasts, including the areolas.

If you’re concerned about the size of your areolas and would like to reduce them, it’s essential to consult with a healthcare professional, such as a dermatologist or plastic surgeon. They can provide personalized advice and options based on your individual circumstances. In some cases, surgical procedures such as areola reduction surgery may be an option, but it’s crucial to weigh the potential risks and benefits and discuss your goals with a qualified professional.

It’s also important to remember that the size and appearance of your areolas are natural and normal variations, and there’s no one “ideal” size or shape. Embracing and accepting your body as it is can contribute to greater self-confidence and self-esteem. If you have concerns about body image or self-esteem, consider speaking with a therapist or counselor who can provide support and guidance.

Ultimately, the most important thing is to prioritize your overall health and well-being, both physically and emotionally. Focus on taking care of yourself, practicing self-love and acceptance, and making choices that make you feel happy and confident in your own skin.
