Why do people post pictures of family members and invite lewd comments?

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported.
I have seen certain forums where people post pictures, which are supposed to be of their closest family members and encourage visitors of the forum to make obscene and vulgar comments on it. It appears as if they get some kind of kick or weird pleasure out of it. I find this very unusual and against the normal human temperament of shielding one’s own relations from ridicule and protecting their reputation.
So is this some kind of a fetish or a mental disease? Do they require counselling or any psychological intervention, perhaps ? Â Or are they fulfilling some kind of kinky fantasy, at least in the virtual world…one which will be extremely difficult to put into practice in the real world? So maybe, it is good in the long run that they are letting their steam out in such ways!

I think the issue of posting real pics of mom and wife have to be considered separately.
I confess I have seen my mom in half nude many times while she changing dress. She wasn’t very fussy I was seeing her breasts bared although she wasn’t wilfully exposing her naked breasts to be seen for me. I was fascinated and I managed to have those glimpses at every possibility and even tricked opening to the bathroom while she bathing. Once one of my very intimate friend and me together were   watching  a nude pics magazine.  Looking at  a pic of a charming woman ‘s body he abruptly said, her areola and nipples look very much like his mom’s. It was a turning point we discussed the excitement of getting lucky for each one’s experience of mom’s nudity. Later I have seen many guys explain their experiences in internet forums and columns. Most of the guys posting pics they telling pics of their moms have later wrote me chatting columns that they were fake pics they copied from some other sites..  But anyhow I think those boy seeking pleasure in letting  someone enjoy seeing his own mom’s nudity it is absurd and ridiculous.
But in the case a person is curious to show his wife’s nudity or nude pics to someone else, he might me musing on counting how much his wife is appealing or sexy on others evaluation. I don’t like calling him a  pervert or ridiculous as a boy who trying to show his own mom’s nudity or nude pics to someone.
