Hi,
My name is Shilpa. I am 25 years old and a virgin. I don’t masturbate much but 2 days ago i was alone in my house and tried masturbating with a cucumber.
It only went 2-3 inches inside and I didn’t get much pleasure but after that whenever I go to washroom, I feel extreme itching and blood comes out during pissing.
Please help ASAP as I can’t tell any person or consult a doctor. Is it serious?

In all probability you have an infection of the Urinary Tract. You need to see the Doctor urgently. Your masturbating with a cucumber may have given you the infection. You don’t have to tell the doctor, that you masturbated with the cucumber, but it is urgent that you see the doctor.
Urinary tract infections, or UTIs, are a common problem for men and women of all ages. Severe infections can cause kidney damage. The Doctor will ask you to get a Urine Test and based on the results will suggest some antibiotics.
Most urinary tract infections are bacterial in nature. When fecal bacteria from the anus makes its way into the urethra, the bacteria can multiply and travel upward to the bladder and kidneys.
Because the urinary tract is situated near sexual organs, it can be mistaken for STI (Sexually Transmitted Disease). So, it’s important to distinguish between infections of the urethra and the vagina. Urinary tract infections are not the same as infections of sexual organs, although they can sometimes be caused by the same pathogens. Certain diseases and disorders of the urinary tract show symptoms of a UTI, but they are not treated in the same way.
Since, you are a virgin (though masturbation with a foreign object can cause a tear in the hymen), STIs can be ruled out. Only a Doctor can prescribe treatment.
The indication of blood in the urine is also not a good sign. You may have hurt the inner lining of the vagina. In the meantime, drink plenty of water and definitely see the Doctor. It is your body, take care of it.

You should see the doctor as it seems that you damaged your vagina by wrongly using object on it. However, there is no need to tell anything to your family why you bleed but let them know that you are feelings uncomfortable in your vagina and you wish to see the doctor. Doctor will not ask many questions about it and may give you good prescriptions so do not worry.
However, you can ask your friends to accompany with you to see the doctor so you can avoid your family but you have to see the doctor as it needs medical attention.
You can wait for one or two days to see whether is there any progress or not but even if you feel the same problem after two days then I would strongly recommend you to see the doctor. Keep in mind that you have not done anything wrong just you did not know how to use it so you have to face the pain and problem so be careful next time and do not use anything that you do not know how to use it properly.
