Will a free, frank bold colleague agree for sex?

I am a married person. I have a lady colleague in my office. She is a very charming, open minded and a free, frank girl. We talk about all topics including sex (not so much). I know she is not a virgin.
She has a sex life with her boyfriend from a long time ago. I spend a lot of time with her in office, cinemas, restaurants etc including night shift with no one else (23:00 hrs to 6:00 hrs).
Should I propose to her for having sex? Please advise me.

Its natural for any man to feel attracted sexually towards such a woman who remains in his company for such proloned duration and it also is very natiural that they are bound to reveal their personal as well as sexual life to each other.
But this does not mean that you should take her granted and propose her for sex etc. She talks with you frankly with you means she trusts you! That is why she confided in you that she not being virgin! But these is very much possibility that you could become sex buddies or Friends with benefits! So if you are interested to have sex with her you should tell her indirectly that you were wondering how sex with her(or with any other woman) would have been ! Same time assure her that anything if happens between the two of you will always be kept as a secret and no any other would ever know about it. And if anything happens then keep your word and do not brag about it to anyone ever. We wish you best of luck and keep us informed!

Why not, you shall have to try out your good fortune and propose her for the sex but you should be clear to her that you only crave for sex, as you are married and do not want to disturb your family life if she agrees with your terms to stick to only sex then go ahead.
At the same time, be prepared for rejection and learnt to digest embarrassment because there are chances that she may humiliate you for your indecent proposal. You can do one thing ask her indirect way that you want to have sex with you and see her reaction as her indirect response will tell you further course of actions from your part.
Try to read out body language of hers and come to conclusion that whether your observations are right about her being frank girl and open for sex.
These days girls do talk about sex and personal life with colleague and friends so make sure that she is fascinated in you. As far as your observation is concerned, it also might be possible that she is free, frank and open for sex girl but it may not true for her, as it might be her personality so read out situation with wise mind too.
