I’m 31 years old. I have been masturbating since I was 14. For the last four years I have been facing problems while I urinate; it is extremely painful. Also, the flow of the urine is slow. It takes me almost 15 minutes to fully urinate. When I consulted a local physician, I was told I might have a penile fracture. That there’s a blood clot which can be felt when I touch my penis. I’m in great pain and for the last year, I have not been able to have sex. Please help.

Directly coming to a penile fracture diagnosis would be wrong. That is a medical emergency and generally happens if there is trauma in sexual act. Your symptoms are there for a whole year and also there are urinary complaints. It is best to see a urologist, get sonography and urine testing microscopically, and then it treat accordingly.
