Hello Anjali Mam, Longhands1 and Everyone,

I am 24 years old. I met a girl online and fell in love with her. She loves me too. Recently I asked her about her past and she told me everything clearly. She narrated how she had sex with her Ex.

Since last week, I am visualizing her making out with her ex. How he had kissed her lips and fondled her breasts. This is making me nervous and leading to heart burn. How should I stop visualizing this? She is present in my mind each and every second. Whenever I try to fantasize about her, then her past ‘make out’ comes into my mind and my heart beat increases. Whenever I try to talk ‘adult’ with her, this ‘make out’ comes into my mind and I imagine that her ex is doing this.

I feel anxious while talking with her. Is this a disorder? How should I forget this and divert my mind? I don’t want to leave her. I love her a lot. Guys, please suggest what I should do?

She is virgin …Her Ex just fondled her breast and kissed on lips

I was in the same situation about a year ago. People deal with their partner’s past differently. I was heartbroken initially, indifferent. I then learned to accept it. It is not her fault that she let him touch her as they were in a relationship and she wasn’t fooling around. The entire mental disturbance is because we have been taught that it is immoral to be involved in sexual activities before marriage. I personally started enjoying it. In fact, I discovered that I enjoyed her past as it was a very important part of her life. Forgetting her past is one option or maybe you could shrug it off thinking its no big deal. And then there is the third kind where you actually could get turned on by it. I know it sounds perverted but its something sexual and I don’t think its wrong. I hope this helps you.
