I am a 29-year-old married woman and have a kid of two years old. Before marriage I was in a physical relationship with my BF for more than five years, but I got married to someone else because he cheated on me. It’s been four years into my marriage, and after my baby was born, I started feeling less interested in sex. My husband sometimes fights with me because I show no interest. I have tried many things like watching porn but still I don’t feel interested in sex. I really don’t know what to do to increase my sexual desire and enjoy a good sex life.

You shouldn’t feel under pressure to follow sexual norms that you don’t feel naturally drawn to. Allow it to develop naturally; I’ll be pleased to help you through this change. Let’s begin by talking about the wanting and the desire. How do you want your desire to feel and appear? Making decisions, realizing that you have options, selecting what those options are, and claiming them all feels so incredibly freeing. Thus, let go of any “shoulds,” be lighthearted, and put an end to any thoughts that stifle desire. Enter a state of anticipation, discovery, and hope. Let’s examine first physical desire in order to better define your want. Everybody enjoys a tender touch. Everybody has varying degrees of skin hunger; some people desire a lot of touch, some don’t, and some somewhere in between. Consider this: you might have a skin hunger for a specific body area, such as your feet, cheeks, or hair. You should also consider the firmness of touch that you prefer. Therefore, you must first investigate all of your senses—touching, seeing, smelling, tasting, and hearing—in order to fully comprehend how your body and desire relate to one another.
