How do I know if she interested in having sex with me?

I really need advice from you all.
I am 46 male living alone in Bahrain and my family is in India. Since a year back, I met one lady who is also from India and living with her husband and kids. She is working too. She is around 41.
We used to talk over the phone once in a week or two weeks while she is in office. ( I know her mobile and office landlines). But I never called her while she is at home. And we used to talk usually more than half hour and discuss many things personal and about kids also.
Some times we talk very little about common sex etc. but never talk directly about sex etc. I like to have sex with her. How do I start initiating that she too likes sex with me. After all I do not want to spoil our good relations.
Please I need your help. Really I love her.

You have contradicted your age info (36 to 46) but I consider this was a typing error. You do not want spoil your good relation but actually you are in route of spoiling the good relationship. As you mentioned that, you like to have sex with her but who is not like to have sex outside the marriage.
If she likes it than there is no problem but, did she give you any indication about her leaning towards you. I suppose, she did not. To talk about common sex on phone does not indicate what you desire. Moreover, she is married so I think why she should cheat her husband. You should respect her friendliness and it is your sense of duty to give her due respect.
For a man it is very easy to cheat his spouse but for a woman it is not an easy. How can you approach her? At present, you have nothing in your favor so wait for a little bit. Reveal your desire to see a movie together or plan to have lunch in restaurant where you both are alone if she agrees then you may think of going further. If she denies then you should realize that she is not interested and not going to sleep with you.
