You made a complicated question. You cant have sex in any from from your end, but you want to massage only. No finger fuck or no oral sex, just massage?
When you send these type of request to an escort, I would say its too good to believe, and thats why none will fall for this. They will assume some sick pervert has some other plan in mind. Not getting respponse, I am not surprised.
You went to UK to get the service, as far as I know, people from UK dont get this service in UK, they go to Netherlands to get this service and there are plenty of specialized center for men in wheel chair or with some other bigger problems too.
