My married landlady is forcing me to have sex. How can I avoid her?

Dear Mam,
Last time you gave me some solutions and ideas when I faced some problems. I hope you will give solution for this problem too.
I am Anand, aged 26, working in a private company. .I am far from my hometown. Hence I have taken a rental room near to my office. I had no problem for 3 months. My house-owner, aged 36, married and has two children. Her husband is working abroad.
She comes to my home regularly to speak or ask something. One day, I forgoet to lock the main door. I was taking a bath. She came inside and saw me while I am in the bath. From that day, she is very close to me. She shows her cleavage and every thing. She touches my private parts.
One day she asked me frankly to have sex. I refused and left that place. One day she cam nude in front of me and asked me to have sex. She is forcing me to have sex.
I cannot leave the place as I have paid a big advance amount to her. What should I do? Please help me.

Hi dude………….its seems I have answered you correctly. Like an obvious choice you have opted to have sex with her as I don’t see that an woman can by no means blackmail a man for sex, that to with the obvious reason that you have not done any (i think so) anti-social activities. She is setting up the trap and you are willingly walking into it. Looking at the situation, the lady can blackmail (as you avoided condom) you saying that she is pregnant and that she needs money to abort the child and likewise. Beware and strictly say NO to such things and ask her to do whatever she want. Also try to video record all the things (atleast voice record it). Now the ball will be in your court and you can blackmail her (tit for tat) for your money, once done bid her goodbye once and for all as I feel you are running a risk for your happy family life.

Only Three things you can do in this situation
1. Leave the place and forget about the advance amount you paid to her
2. Get in touch with her husband with Sting operation clip. – I feel in this case as well eventually you’ll stand to lose the place.
3. You’ve not mentioned your gut feeling about her. Would you like to sleep with her? Would you enjoy with her? IF YES, then go ahead, Enjoy…. IF NO, Read my Point # 1 & 2.
I don’t think there is anything else is possible in this case other than lodging Police Complaint against the lady for sexual harassment – Again you’ll lose your advance and the place in that case.

If I were you, I would first ensure that she pays me the advance amount back and then some more.
If she is hot and sexy, I might consider sleeping with her, if I am not committed in any other relationship.
I will make sure that the sex happens at my place and the doors and curtains are closed and no one knows about it. I will also ensure that she is not carrying any recording devices like camera or voice recorder to blackmail me later. Preferably she can enter my house only if she is without her phone/purse.
If you do decide to sleep with your landlady, do so only of she gives you back your money. This way you know she is sleeping with you for the joy and not to blackmail you later.
