I need your suggestion and advice on my issue.
We are married and living happily. My wife is a very hot lady.

Okay I am not going to give you any moral lecture as you are looking for something else here. You cannot make jealous guy to accept your wife college mate in her life but your wife can do it as she is in the position to handle those guys.
She needs to do one thing to make him ready with third guy who was her college affair, ask your wife to stop having sex with jealous guy and I am sure he would not happy to live without sex with your wife.
If he wants to have sex with your wife then he has to accept third guy as he does not have any right to ask her not to have affair as he is not in a position to compel her to leave her college mate. If I were a jealous guy then I would have accepted third party because my main focus should be your wife’s hot pussy.
I do not care who else uses it but whenever I need hot pussy I should be able to get it. Therefore, ask your wife to take steps in that direction. If he continues to be jealous then your wife can find another man easily to satisfy her needs because there are plenty fish in the sea so no need to depend on one guy all the time.
