Our parents are opposing our Love. Can we use this way to get married?

Me and my gf are in a relation for the past 7 years. We belong to different castes. Our parents are against our Love. We have made many attempts to get our parents to accept our Love for each other.
I am an Engineer and she has done her MBA.
We have thought of the following way to get around our parent’s objections and get married later.
She wants to marry a guy with her parents’ consent. Then after a few days of marriage she will return back home saying she is not happy with her husband.
Then we will get married as her parents might understand her problems and accept me as her true love. Finally, we will leave our parents and live separately in our own space .
Please guide us. Are we doing the correct thing?
We truly love each other. We can have a court marriage also at present but her mom’s health may be badly affected by health issues.
So, what is your Advice? Should we choose the above option?

Bhautik, I can understand the problems and phase you and your GF are going through. And i can also understand the reservations ( though i do not support them) both of your parents have , the solution you have thought is the most shocking in my opinion.
For your pleasure are you going to destroy some other persons life? What right you have to do that? I assume you both are adults so lagally no one can stop you from getting married . And my advice would be that only. Forget this caste, religion and get married. Remember parents loves us and they will oppose initially, even they will try to emotional blackmail, but at the end they will accept you. You both are educated.So you should be financially independant.
To sort the issue of your moms health just inform her that you are going to get married with GF of yours. she is your mother she definitely will give her blessings to you.
But do not destroy innocent mans life. It will be very much selfish.
